Sail with passion. Moor with class!

Architecture

The marina measures 14.88 x 7.21m.

Marina has been designed in the spirit of modern Scandinavian architecture, in complete harmony with the natural landscape. The simple body with a pitched roof refers to traditional forms of coastal buildings, while maintaining a minimalist and timeless character. With its muted colours and natural materials, the Marina does not dominate the surroundings, but fits in subtly.

The layout of the development emphasises the rhythm of the shoreline and the direct contact with the water gives lightness and elegance. The translucent materials used on parts of the walls and the roof provide interior lighting and an unobstructed view of the surroundings.

Functionality of the marina

Possibility of erecting the building on floating foundations (within the scope of the client) and mooring the yacht in a safe, private space.

Design

A simple structure with geometric shapes, made of top-quality structural timber, i.e. BSH GL24 SI, and other components made of KVH timber. The structure is additionally impregnated and stained using products of the company OSMO, which makes it resistant to bruising, fungi and adverse weather conditions, including UV radiation. The robust 20 × 20 cm load-bearing poles guarantee stability and safety of the structure.

The marina is created with materials from certified sources, making it environmentally friendly.

Technical description:

All construction materials comply with current standards and have approvals and technical approvals in accordance with the Building Act:

  • Steel construction joints
  • Mechanical anchors - adjustable, allowing for the correction of any irregularities in the execution of the footings for the columns

  • Wall fillings: shuttering, louvres
  • One of the walls uses cellular polycarbonate

Wood:

  • Construction: Scandinavian spruce
  • Slatted and movable louvre: Canadian larch, Scandinavian spruce

Colours

Reset

The marina's colour scheme has been designed to be in harmony with the surrounding nature and waterscape. Subdued, refined colours emphasise the modern architecture of the facility while maintaining a timeless aesthetic. The natural shades of wood and the carefully selected colours of the finishes create a cohesive, elegant whole that blends perfectly with the line of the quay and the character of the yachts.
